• Receive, sort, inspect, and handle raw seafood materials according to company standards.
• Clean, trim, cut, fillet, peel, devein, or prepare seafood products as assigned.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Weigh, portion, package, label, and seal finished seafood products.
• Maintain product traceability and proper identification throughout the production process.
• Inspect products for quality defects and report non-conforming materials to supervisors.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) requirements.
• Observe proper hygiene, sanitation, and food handling procedures at all times.
• Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, equipment, and production areas before, during, and after operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Follow established production schedules and meet daily production targets.
• Observe workplace safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report equipment malfunctions, product quality issues, and workplace hazards immediately.
• Assist with inventory handling, material movement, and cold storage activities as required.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; vocational training is an advantage.
• Experience in seafood processing or food manufacturing is preferred but not required.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual and repetitive tasks.
• Willing to work in cold storage or refrigerated production areas.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices is an advantage.
• Able to follow work instructions, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Can work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to meet daily production targets.
• Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination.
• No visible contagious skin conditions or communicable diseases that may affect food safety.
