Proactive VA for Customer Support and Administrative Tasks

In this permanent part-time role (20 hours/week), you’ll work remotely on a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and be valued as an integral part of our team. If you have great English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media in a timely, professional manner. You'll be the friendly first point of contact, ensuring every customer feels heard and helped.

Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, maintaining a calm and helpful demeanor.
Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team member when necessary, while keeping the customer updated.

Proactively identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations to enhance their experience, always projecting a positive attitude.

Administrative Support: Perform a variety of tasks to keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Manage contacts and calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to help organize our team’s day.
Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and documents; ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct online research and compile information as requested, supporting decision-making with reliable data.

Assist with other administrative duties as needed – you’ll wear multiple hats, which keeps the work interesting and helps you learn new skills!

  • Competitive Pay: Earn $4.75 per hour. We provide reliable, on-time payments.⏰ Consistent Schedule: Work 20 hours per week on a fixed shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday but no rotating schedules and no weekend work means you can plan your days and enjoy your weekends off for a healthier work-life balance.?
