Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Creates hourly sales reports and monitors LIVE orders
- Handles operations when the Manager is on leave or rest day
- Provides actionable data to internal support groups such as third-party IT and advertisers
- Prepares agents break schedules, shift schedules, and hourly sales statistics per agent
- Provides feedback to call center managers and overseas clients to improve operations
- Creates and analyzes internal and external quality reports for overseas client review
- Performs other assigned tasks (e.g., uploading leads, overseeing campaigns, assigning tasks to agents)
Work Schedule:
- Onsite work setup
- Dayshift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 5 days per week
Salary Offer:
- ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 NET
- ASAP availability to start
- One-day prior notice for onsite interview availability
