The Data Analyst is responsible for compiling, sorting, organizing, analyzing, and processing offtake reports of all account SKUs, Promotional SKUs, competitor SKUs.- He / She will be the one to ensure the timeliness of consolidation and submission of reports.
- He / She will coordinate with Account Trade Coordinators, Trade Coordinator Supervisors for the reports from the Merchandisers, Trade Coverage Coordinators.
- Ensure the timely and complete accurate encoding and submission of reports.
- Reviewing and maintaining the data in the system to make sure it's accurate before entering it in the system.
- Analyze and provide insights on promotional activities and competitor activities.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and clients.
- Monitor product movement, stock levels, and sell-out performance.
- Identify sales trends, market opportunities, and operational issues.
- Create dashboards, charts, and data presentations for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate with merchandising teams regarding field data and reports.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as data analyst in merchandising, or retail operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
