HR & Admin Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR, Admin, or related functions (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if willing to be trained).
• Knowledge of basic HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and records management.
• Familiar with administrative tasks like filing, documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email correspondence.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
