- Knowledge of basic HR functions such as recruitment, timekeeping, employee relations, and records management.
- Familiar with administrative tasks like filing, documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email correspondence.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Can work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks.
