About the role

The Philippine Football Federation is seeking a talented and experienced Head Brand Management Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Head Brand Management Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand strategy and identity of our organisation.

This part-time position is based in Pasig City, Metro Manila and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of football in the Philippines.

What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand management strategies to strengthen the Philippine Football Federation's brand presence and reputation
  • Oversee the creation and deployment of brand assets, including logos, marketing materials, and digital content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including events, partnerships, and stakeholder communications
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven initiatives to enhance brand equity
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, media, and the football community, to promote the brand and drive engagement
  • Lead and mentor a team of brand specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of brand initiatives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the sport and recreation industry
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand reputation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to conceptualise and bring brand ideas to life
  • Experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Passion for football and a deep understanding of the local and global football landscape
