Logistics Supervisor | Kalibo Aklan

We are a fast-growing player in the beverage distribution industry, seeking a results-driven Logistics Supervisor to oversee warehouse and delivery operations. This role is crucial in ensuring that inventory, fleet, and warehousing systems are operating at maximum efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage overall warehouse operations, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
• Ensure zero inventory differences and minimize stock breakage
• Monitor stock movement and ensure proper piling systems (FIFO/FEFO)
• Conduct regular physical inventory of stocks, vehicles, and promo materials
• Ensure compliance with good warehousing practices and safety standards
• Prepare accurate reports on stock, fleet, and utility usage
• Monitor, validate, and approve warehouse documents and forms
• Supervise merchandising and promotional materials handling
• Recommend staffing, disciplinary actions, and improvements in operations
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and security of warehouse premises

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, fleet management, and inventory control
• Proficient in MS Office and warehouse audit criteria
• Holder of a professional driver’s license (Codes 1, 2, 3)
• Highly responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple teams
