Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities and acquiring hotel, resort, serviced apartment, villa, and hospitality partners for Mayer Hospitality Group Philippines. The role focuses on promoting the company's hospitality solutions, including OTA management, revenue management, hotel operations support, and distribution services to help hospitality partners increase occupancy, revenue, and market visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality industry.
  • Prospect and engage hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, villas, and other accommodation providers.
  • Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Acquisition
  • Present Mayer Hospitality Group's products and services to potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable hospitality solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close contracts.
  • Ensure a smooth turnover of newly acquired accounts to the operations team.
Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, general managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-up meetings.
  • Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service satisfaction.
  • Support account retention and identify upselling opportunities.
Market Intelligence
  • Monitor hospitality market trends, tourism developments, and competitor activities.
  • Identify emerging business opportunities in key destinations.
  • Provide market feedback and recommendations to management.
Reporting & Administration
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
  • Ensure all contracts and client documentation are properly completed and filed.
