The Training Specialist will be responsible for devising, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for aestheticians, nurses, and front desk staff. This role is essential in ensuring that all clinic staff are well-trained, knowledgeable, and capable of providing the highest standard of care, hospitality and customer service.
The Training Specialist will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of all team members.
Duties and Responsibilities- Develop training programs in partnership with our external training consultant
- Implement, and manage training programs for aestheticians, nurses, doctors and front desk staff to ensure high standards of care and service.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.
- Create training materials, manuals, and e-learning modules tailored to different roles within the clinic
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques, products, and industry trends to incorporate into training programs.
- Provide continuous support and mentorship to staff to foster a culture of learning and development.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Director and other managers to align training initiatives with clinic goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards in training content and delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of training activities, participation, and progress.
- Organize and schedule regular training sessions, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aesthetics industry as an aesthetics professional or training / education lead.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments, products, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness.
- Passion for continuous improvement and professional development.
- Must be willing to travel to clinic locations (BGC, Ayala Mall Vertis North, Greenhills Mall)
