Description

The role of the Training Specialist is to develop materials and facilitate new-hire training and/or upskilling for Peak Support team members in the areas of communication and program mastery. In addition to being involved in internal Peak Support Training initiatives, the Trainer provides support for Peak Support Service Delivery through new program launches, training facilitation, nesting, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), and training process documentation.

The Training Specialist collaborates with Team Leads, QA, Client Services, and clients to develop and maintain learning resources for team members. The ideal candidate shall have gained considerable exposure to Peak Support’s training efforts, be a confident and effective communicator, and a real team player.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct account-specific product, soft-skills, refresher and upskill Training for new-hire and existing team members.
  • Develop training materials as needed and modify/maintain existing ones.
  • Collaborate with fellow Trainers, Team Leads, clients, and team members on account-specific Training needs.
  • Track and maintain existing database of all Training data, materials and process/policy changes of assigned accounts supported by Training.
  • Time block own schedule based on a 40-hour work week, moving shifts/hours around to ensure reasonable coverage for program/s core training tasks within his/her support scope.
  • Coordinate and monitor Training delivery and schedules.

Requirements

  • Excellent language skills in both written and oral communication.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional design and virtual training delivery.

  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the flexibility to work with multiple programs.
  • Great interpersonal skills and communication abilities at all levels.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
