We are conducting massive hiring for a Customer Service Agent position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila on a full-time basis. - Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary
- Achieve and maintain quality standards and key performance indicators as set by the organisation

- Proven customer service experience in a call centre, contact centre, or similar environment

- Patience and empathy when dealing with customers in various situations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Proficiency with computer systems and familiarity with customer service software platforms
- Reliability and commitment to attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
- Previous experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment is advantageous
