Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing exceptional service by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your role will involve interacting with customers through various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, chat) to address their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with product features, services, and company policies to assist customers with their questions and troubleshooting.
  • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately input customer information and track issues in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure proper follow-up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., technical support, sales) to ensure seamless service and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to identify problems and find solutions quickly and efficiently.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple inquiries at the same time without compromising quality.
  • Empathy: A genuine desire to help people and make their experience with the company as positive as possible.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic office software.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with company products and services is an advantage.
  • Typing skills: 100 WPM

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
  • Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required, depending on customer demand.
Work setup: Daily onsite schedule
Location: Cybergate Tower 3 - Mandaluyong City

Shift: Must be amenable to shifting schedule
