What you'll do:
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer, Marketing Assistant & Processor. This role is responsible for creating marketing materials, assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and processing customer orders through our Pronto system.The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Graphic Design- Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, catalogues, social media graphics, and promotional content.
- Ensure all artwork aligns with company branding.
- Update and edit existing marketing materials as required.
- Assist with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Help manage social media content and marketing communications.
- Coordinate marketing requests from internal departments.
- Assist with events, product launches, and other marketing activities.
- Process customer orders accurately through the Pronto system.
- Review order information and ensure all details are correct.
- Liaise with internal teams regarding order requirements.
- Follow up on outstanding information when required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Successful candidates must have:
- Experience in graphic design is essential and marketing is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Creative and organised.
- Reliable and self-motivated.
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangements:
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
- Work Setup: Work On-Site
- Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
