Evaluate and process loan applications (documents, credit, collateral)
Verify applicant identity, income, and legitimacy of funds
Conduct client interviews and field visits
Analyze repayment capacity and recommend approval/disapproval
Prepare and ensure completeness of loan and legal documents
Oversee loan release and safekeeping of collateral records
Monitor repayments, handle past-due accounts, and coordinate collections/legal actions
Assist clients with loan products, terms, and concerns
Supervise loan operations and prepare reports
Ensure compliance with bank policies and BSP regulations

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a similar field.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a loan officer.
Solid understanding of loan regulations.
In-depth knowledge of computers and banking software.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with exceptional sales skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
