The main responsibilities of a Business Analyst include:
Requirements & Analysis- Partner with stakeholders to uncover business needs and translate them into clear, meaningful requirements
- Turn ideas into well‑structured user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation that drive delivery forward
- Examine current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working
- Capture business rules, edge cases, and feature behaviors to ensure nothing is missed
- Collaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and ensure solutions are practical and buildable
- Proactively flag and help resolve complex or high‑risk requirements
- Align closely with Product Owners to ensure priorities, scope, and outcomes are clearly understood
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and smooth agile delivery
- Facilitate engaging workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions that bring clarity and shared understanding
- Act as the vital bridge between business stakeholders, UX designers, and delivery teams
- Build strong stakeholder relationships while aligning expectations, priorities, and timelines
- Track decisions, changes, and impacts to keep everyone informed and confident
- Ensure delivered features meet business needs by validating outcomes against requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from preparation through execution and issue resolution
- Work closely with QA teams to clarify requirements and support testing cycles
- Maintain high‑quality documentation including process maps, workflows, and system diagrams
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and ways of working
- Contribute to the evolution of Business Analysis standards, frameworks, and best practices

To apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:
- At least 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst within agile, fast‑moving environments
- Strong expertise in writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Confidence facilitating discussions and managing diverse stakeholder groups
- A sharp analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Hands‑on experience working with Product Owners, UX designers, developers, and QA teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
