Job Summary

The Accounting Specialist- Audit is responsible for conducting farm audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial and operational records. This role supports management by evaluating controls, identifying risks, and recommending improvements to strengthen farm accounting processes and compliance with company policies.

• Graduate of Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, or any related Business course
• Experience in audit, accounting, or farm operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic auditing standards, internal controls, and accounting principles
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, SAP
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willing to conduct field audits in farm locations

• Perform regular farm audits to verify accuracy of financial and operational records
• Review farm transactions, inventory movements, and cost reports for compliance and correctness
• Assess internal controls and identify gaps, risks, or irregularities
• Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management review
• Coordinate with farm and accounting teams to clarify audit results and ensure timely corrections
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
