Your Role:

As HR Operations Coordinator, you will:

Play a critical role in the day-to-day support of the HR Operations and Total Rewards team. The HR Operations Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to assist with onboarding, record retention, compliance, audits, HR Technology, and HR documents/reporting.

The HR Operations Coordinator works closely with HR Operations team members and other members of the HRD department to ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Human Resource administrative experience preferred
  • Essential At least 6 months of experience in a similar role
  • Preferable experience with Xero
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, SharePoint etc.)
  • Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Human Capital Management (HCM) System, preferred
  • Amenable to work onsite
