Is currently looking for:

MATERIAL PLANNER AND ADMIN

Job Description:

• Reviews architectural and shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Prepares detailed material take-offs for glass panels, aluminum frames, hardware, sealants, gaskets, and accessories.
• Coordinates with Project Manager, Engineering, and Site teams for material requirements.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and material request forms.
• Request and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers.
• Maintains updated inventory records of glass, fittings, and consumables.
• Maintain organized filing system for POs, DRs, invoices, and material logs.
• Prepare weekly material status and consumption reports.
• Support audit and QMS documentation requirements.
• Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture
• Skills in using BOM, BOQ, Costing
• With relevant experience is an advantage
• With good technical knowledge in aluminum and glass systems
