Major Task :

1. Business Development Support

• Lead Feasibility studies for new business initiatives (warehouse re-layout,new hubs, channel expansion)
• Assess capacity, throughput,and operational readiness to support business growth
• Provide data-driven insights on cost-to-serve,service capability, and scalability
• Support strategic decision-making for expansion and investment projects

1. Process Analysis & Improvement

• Conduct time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and bottleneck identification across plant and warehouse operations
• Identify non-value-added activities and recommend improvement actions

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead and implement optimization projects(layout redesign,manpower optimization,process improvement)
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with measurable results

1. Layout & Material Flow Design

• Develop and improve facility layouts for both manufacturing and warehouse areas
• Optimize material handling storage, and end-to-end flow (receiving to dispatch)

1. Warehouse & Manufacturing Integration

• Support alignment of production and warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow
• Improve coordination between production output and storage /dispatch capabilities

1. Continuous Improvement & Cost Optimization

• Drive initiatives that improve efficiency,reduce operational cost,and enhance service levels.
