We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting top talent. You will play a key role in supporting our hiring managers and ensuring we build a diverse and skilled workforce.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Southeast Asia.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status updates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in Southeast Asia.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
