Facilities Engineer

Overview

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving all electrical systems and equipment within the facility. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of electrical infrastructure, supporting day-to-day building operations and long-term organizational goals.

• RODI Engineer, Automation Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer for Manufacturing company in Calamba

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical systems such as switchgears, transformers, generators, UPS, lighting systems, and distribution panels.
• Monitor and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring immediate resolution to prevent downtime.
• Develop and implement electrical maintenance programs and schedules.
• Ensure all electrical installations comply with local codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Support energy management initiatives and recommend improvements for energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for electrical works, repairs, and projects.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and prepare technical reports.
• Assist in planning and executing facility improvement projects involving electrical systems.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide technical support during critical incidents.
• Maintain documentation such as electrical load schedules, as-built drawings, permits, and maintenance records.

• Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Electronics)
• With relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or industrial plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, safety protocols, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Must have 3 years experience as Facilities Engineer
