• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: ₱18,000 - ₱30,000 per month

1. Must be a graduate of BS Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a reputable school or university
2. Preferably licensed / Must have at least more than 2-3 years of experience as QA/QC Engineer.
3. Quality Assurance (QA):

• Developing and implementing quality standards and procedures for the construction process.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality guidelines.
• Identifying potential issues or defects and taking preventive measures to address them.
• Establishing and maintaining documentation for quality control and assurance activities.

1. Quality Control (QC):

• Conducting inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Analyzing data and test results to identify trends, patterns, or deviations from quality standards.
• Initiating corrective actions when defects or deviations are found.
• Collaborating with production teams to address quality-related concerns and implement improvement strategies.

1. Process Improvement:

• Identifying areas in the construction process that need improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to optimize construction processes.
• Utilizing various quality tools and methodologies to streamline operations.
