The Opportunity
We are looking for a marketing operator who can help build momentum across B2B content, LinkedIn, AI-enabled workflows, and growth campaigns.
This role is for someone who enjoys doing the work, not only directing it. The person we are looking for can write, test ideas, analyze results, build repeatable systems, and turn business priorities into visible market activity.
What This Person Will Own- A practical B2B marketing engine that supports visibility, audience growth, lead generation, and brand authority.
- LinkedIn as a serious growth channel, including executive thought leadership, content planning, engagement strategy, audience development, and performance improvement.
- Hands-on content creation across LinkedIn posts, campaign copy, landing pages, email copy, sales enablement materials, and other growth assets.
- AI-assisted marketing workflows that improve research, content development, campaign planning, analytics, automation, and testing.
- Marketing experiments that connect modern content strategy, GTM thinking, funnel improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
- Simple reporting and performance tracking so leadership can see what is working, what is changing, and what should happen next.
- A B2B marketer who is still close to the work and comfortable creating content personally.
- Someone who already understands LinkedIn as more than a posting platform and can use it for positioning, credibility, engagement, and demand creation.
- A curious AI user who has gone beyond basic prompting and has tested tools or workflows for content, research, analytics, automation, or campaign improvement.
- A marketer who is familiar with modern GTM language and is not intimidated by ideas like GTM engineering, funnel experimentation, or revenue-aligned marketing.
- Someone who wants to commit to the growth of one company and is not looking to split focus across freelance work, side businesses, or competing projects.
- Experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, demand generation, or brand marketing.
- Current or recent experience in a Marketing Manager, Growth Marketing Manager, Content Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or similar role.
- Strong writing and content creation ability, with examples of business-relevant marketing work.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn B2B marketing, including thought leadership, social selling, audience building, engagement strategy, and content performance.
- A well-developed LinkedIn presence or evidence of having built effective LinkedIn strategies for executives, companies, or B2B brands.
- Practical use of AI tools in real marketing workflows, not just general interest in AI.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear recommendations and next steps.
- Comfort working directly with executives, founders, or senior leadership.
- Experience marketing B2B services, outsourcing, SaaS, tech-enabled services, recruitment, consulting, or professional services.
- Experience supporting founder-led or executive-led LinkedIn content strategies.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Zapier, Make, Canva, Notion, analytics platforms, or similar AI/GTM tools.
- Experience building content systems, campaign calendars, reporting dashboards, or automated marketing workflows.
- Work Setup: Work from Home
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9 AM to 6 PM
- Commitment: Full-time, exclusive commitment to one company
- You can show content, campaigns, or LinkedIn work you personally created or directly shaped.
- You can explain how you have used AI to improve marketing output, speed, analysis, or workflow quality.
- You are comfortable being measured by audience growth, engagement, qualified interest, content performance, and business impact.
- You prefer building a focused growth engine for one company over juggling multiple outside projects.
