We're seeking a detail-oriented Creator & Influencer Marketing Manager to manage the full spectrum of creator partnerships from macro influencers to buyer-style TikTok Shop affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end influencer marketing strategy, from talent identification to performance reporting
- Recruit, onboard, and scale TikTok Shop affiliate creators with a GMV focus
- Build and maintain long-term relationships across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Develop briefs, manage contracts, and oversee product seeding and gifting logistics
- Monitor affiliate metrics (GMV, conversion rate, ROI) and optimize commission structures
- Coordinate with media buyer and creative team to align content with paid amplification
- Lead and mentor creators & influencers team members
- Report performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- 3–5 years in influencer marketing and/or TikTok Shop affiliate management (preferred; zero experience considered if probation targets are met)
- Strong understanding of both brand-building and GMV-driven affiliate strategies
- Demonstrated experience with buyer-style affiliates, not just traditional influencers
- Proficiency with TikTok Shop mechanics, affiliate attribution, and platform analytics
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Joinbrands) to improve workflow
- Data-driven with strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Tools: Monitask is used for screen and time tracking
- Maximum Salary: USD1200-1500
