  1. Received, direct and relay telephone and fax messages
  2. Provides word processing and secretarial support to the Senior Management and Board of Directors
  3. Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system while keeping the confidentiality of the documents
  4. Provides general and administrative services
  5. Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
  6. Collate materials and reports for the board meeting and distribute to the Senior Management and Board of Directors
  7. Set up the Chairman’s trace arrangements
  8. Set up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for the company visitors
  9. Maintains the Chairman and Senior Manager’s calendar
  10. Meet and greet clients and visitors of Chairman and Senior Management
  11. Supervise support staff and company drivers.
  12. Perform other related duties as required
Job Qualification:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary reporting directly to senior management
  2. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  3. With strong personalities that are exhibited through several beneficial soft skills such as, Communication, Time Management and Trustworthiness
  4. Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Applicants must be willing to work in Makati area.
