- Received, direct and relay telephone and fax messages
- Provides word processing and secretarial support to the Senior Management and Board of Directors
- Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system while keeping the confidentiality of the documents
- Provides general and administrative services
- Set up and coordinate meetings and conferences
- Collate materials and reports for the board meeting and distribute to the Senior Management and Board of Directors
- Set up the Chairman’s trace arrangements
- Set up accommodation and entertainment arrangements for the company visitors
- Maintains the Chairman and Senior Manager’s calendar
- Meet and greet clients and visitors of Chairman and Senior Management
- Supervise support staff and company drivers.
- Perform other related duties as required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary reporting directly to senior management
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- With strong personalities that are exhibited through several beneficial soft skills such as, Communication, Time Management and Trustworthiness
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
