Account Specialist (Tarlac)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• With experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sales.
• Computer literate (proficient in MS Office applications).
• At least 2–3 years of work-related experience, preferably within the assigned territory -- Tarlac. In-depth knowledge of the assigned area is required.
• Experience in managing primary and secondary accounts .
• Familiarity with national key accounts, particularly SM and Robinsons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in assigned accounts.
• Monitors sales performance, stock levels, and merchandising standards to identify and implement growth strategies.
• Oversees in-store promotions, advertising, and customized merchandising programs to boost brand visibility.
• Conducts regular market visits to assess store performance and gather insights on competitor activities.
• Coordinates with Logistics and Credit & Collection teams to ensure timely deliveries, credit management, and account health.
