Job Description

• Assist customers in selecting equipment by asking insightful questions and actively listening to understand their needs
• Help prepare, present, and explain demo units, showcasing product features and benefits
• Clearly describe all optional equipment and upgrades available for purchase
• Build strong rapport with customers to create long-term business relationships
• Provide accurate product knowledge and support throughout the sales cycle
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and follow-through on customer interactions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-5 years of professional experience in sales, preferably in the technology field
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales and build strong client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
• Self-Motivated with a strong sense of accountability
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to travel as needed
