Job Summary:

Are you a team player who can work effectively with groups across different functions?

We are looking for a technical writer to help us create accurate, complete, and user-friendly content for guides, help, and videos for customers worldwide including API reference documents and developer guides.

We invite you to join our team if you have:

• A degree in engineering, information technology, journalism, English communication, or other related fields.
• More than five years of solid writing experience with technical subjects or diagnostics, preferably in a structured authoring environment.
• Expertise in how user, technical, and business audiences consume contents.
• Experience in leading content improvements and engaging with other product areas in and organization.
• Flexibility to build and support long-term content strategy in the context of emerging technologies and evolving industry standards.
• A strong sense of accountability.
