Store Supervisor
Summary Job Description:
Supervise and lead a team of sales assistants, product specialists, and assistant store supervisors, including training and scheduling.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by ensuring that all customers receive prompt and friendly assistance.
Train sales assistants, product specialists, and assistant store supervisors on effective customer service techniques and monitor their interactions with customers.
Oversee the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
Set sales goals and targets for the store and work with the team to achieve them.
Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members and provide feedback on areas of improvement.
Qualification:
College Graduate
Average communication skills and problem-solving skills
Proven experience in a Store Supervisor leadership role
Effective team management and interpersonal skills
Knowledgeable in store operations, inventory management, marketing, customer service, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
Proficient in MS Office and related applications
Pleasing Personality
