The Restaurant Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant and store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, maintaining quality service standards, supervising staff, and supporting the achievement of sales and operational goals.
The role ensures that food, supplies, and products are properly managed while delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily restaurant and store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, supplies, and merchandise to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling, and issuance of products and supplies.
Coordinate commissary and replenishment of inventory as needed.
Supervise and support restaurant and store personnel, including scheduling and task assignments.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Monitor product quality, freshness, and proper stock rotation (FIFO).
Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare operational, inventory, and sales reports for management.
Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation.
Implement company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist in training and evaluating staff performance.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the restaurant and storage areas.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field preferred.Previous experience in restaurant operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Loyal and honest.
