The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and implementing strategic sales

and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, increase market share, and strengthen brand presence. The

role requires a results-oriented leader with proven experience in the elevator industry and the ability to manage

a high-performing team.

Sales Management

 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals and objectives

 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts

 Oversee the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to project closing

 Manage the performance of regional sales teams and provide ongoing training and support

 Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management

Marketing Strategy

 Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.)

 Manage product positioning, brand messaging, and company visibility in the industry

 Coordinate with technical teams for product launches, demos, and technical presentations

 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Team Leadership

 Supervise and mentor sales and marketing staff across branches

 Set team targets, KPIs, and development goals

 Ensure clear communication and collaboration between departments

 Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus

✅ Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

 Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the elevator or construction

industry

 Strong leadership and people management skills

 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

 Ability to work under pressure and deliver results across multiple regions

 Willingness to travel as needed

 Knowledge of elevator systems, products, and standards

 Experience working with consultants, developers, and contractors

 Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

 Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
