We specialize in supporting organizations through workforce changes, offering comprehensive outplacement programs that help employees transition to new roles smoothly.We have coached over 2000 people as they require career transition support, often as a result of layoffs.
Role Overview: As the Marketing Coordinator for the company’s outplacement line, you’ll drive brand awareness, generate high-quality B2B leads, and secure new clients. You’ll leverage SEO, content marketing, social media (especially LinkedIn), and innovative lead generation strategies to achieve growth targets.
Reporting to the Owner, you’ll shape marketing initiatives that align with our business goals in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design B2B marketing campaigns targeting HR Directors of medium to large businesses in Australia and New Zealand, using industry-specific channels, events, and personalized content.
- Create and optimize blog content to position the company as a thought leader, focusing on topics such as “Navigating Layoffs: Best Practices for HR Leaders” or “How Outplacement Enhances Employer Brand,” optimized for keywords like “employee support” and “HR strategies.”
- Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to boost the company’s online visibility, targeting keywords like “outplacement,” “career transition,” and “HR solutions.”
- Create and optimize blog content to position Career365 as a thought leader, focusing on topics such as “Navigating Layoffs: Best Practices for HR Leaders” or “How Outplacement Enhances Employer Brand,” optimized for keywords like “employee support” and “HR strategies.”
- Spearhead referral marketing programs, designing incentive structures to encourage clients and employees to refer new business, with robust tracking systems to measure effectiveness.
- Innovate lead generation campaigns by repurposing assets like industry reports, case studies, and scorecard quizzes into multi-channel funnels, while creating new assets to engage HR professionals.
- Lead LinkedIn marketing campaigns, crafting organic posts, sponsored content, and targeted ads to engage HR Directors and drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with sales to nurture leads and ensure seamless handoffs from marketing to sales.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Experienced Marketer: 3+ years in B2B marketing, with expertise in SEO, content marketing, and social media management.
- SEO Savvy: Proven ability to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic through keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
- Content Creator: Skilled in writing compelling blog posts, whitepapers, and content that resonates with HR professionals.
- LinkedIn Expert: Experienced in creating engaging LinkedIn content and running successful ad campaigns targeting B2B audiences.
