Tomo Coffee is looking for an Aggregator Marketing Specialist to support and scale our online sales performance, with a primary focus on food delivery aggregators such as GrabFood and foodpanda. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who can manage, execute, and optimize paid campaigns while maintaining strong discipline over budget and ROI.

This is a full time consultant role with flexible work arrangements. The consultant will work closely with management to drive order volume, improve marketing efficiency, and support sustainable growth across multiple branches.

Job Overview

The Growth Marketing Consultant will be responsible for overseeing and executing performance-driven marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on aggregator advertising campaigns. The role involves campaign setup, optimization, performance analysis, and online marketing budget allocation.

The consultant is expected to translate data into action and be directly accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute paid marketing campaigns on GrabFood, foodpanda, and other relevant online platforms
  • Oversee overall marketing performance with a primary focus on order growth, ROAS, CPA, and contribution margin
  • Allocate and manage online marketing budgets across platforms to maximize efficiency and returns
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations
  • Manage vouchers, promotions, and campaign mechanics in coordination with operations and management
  • Monitor performance across branches and recommend corrective actions when results underperform
  • Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
  • Proven experience handling paid campaigns on GrabFood and or foodpanda, specifically aggregator ad tools and promotions
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals including ROAS, CPA, conversion, and budget optimization
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into execution
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and making independent optimization decisions
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or paid media is highly preferred
  • Experience in F&B, QSR, or multi-branch operations is an advantage
