Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist
Office-Based | Angeles City | Monday to Friday | Immediate Start | Australian Account (Permanent Morning Shift)
We are seeking a creative, results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our office-based team. This role focuses on managing digital presence, driving engagement, and supporting online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage social media content (posts, reels, stories, videos)
- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Etc.)
- Manage community engagement (comments, messages, inquiries)
- Assist in SEO optimisation for website content and blogs
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns (setup, monitoring, reporting)
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform analytics
- Assist in content creation using Canva and AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini)
- Update website content using Wix or similar platforms
- Collaborate with the team on digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Provide basic marketing reports and performance insights
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation)
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and performance tracking tools
- Proficient in Canva for content creation
- Experience using Wix or similar website builders
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to create engaging and brand-consistent content
- Comfortable using AI tools for marketing and content creation
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office-based environment
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work onsite (Sto. Domingo, Angeles City)
- Email marketing (Mailchimp or similar platforms)
- CRM or sales funnel experience
- Basic copywriting and content strategy skills
- Video editing for short-form content (Reels/TikTok)
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting
