Sales Associate

Position Overview

You will also play an active role in daily store operations and work closely with your team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

• Excellent verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage and connect with customers
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Active and comfortable use of social media platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
• Prior experience in online or live selling is an advantage

• Welcome customers warmly and guide them through product features, pricing, and benefits to support informed purchasing decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system in compliance with company payment policies
• Monitor stock levels, replenish merchandise, and ensure displays, pricing, and promotional materials are always current
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and teammates to maintain smooth daily operations and consistent customer satisfaction
• Work toward individual and team sales targets through a customer-first approach
• Maximize sales opportunities by recommending complementary products through upselling and cross-selling
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Support marketing and promotional efforts, including in-store events, live selling sessions, social media content creation, and campaign execution
• Proactively inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and newly arrived products
• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and timely follow-through
• Prepare and submit accurate daily or weekly sales reports as required

• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service
• Confidence in engaging with customers across social media platforms
• Ability to present products effectively or host live selling sessions is a definite advantage

• Willing to be assigned to various store or office locations as needed
• Available on weekends and holidays
• Dependable, adaptable, and ready to take on additional responsibilities when the situation calls for it
