Store Supervisor - CHAM's Convenience Store- Assist heads in overseeing total store operations
- Trains crew with operational standards
- Ensures operational processes and standards are strictly implemented
- Monitors purchase orders and deliveries of assigned store
- Evaluate subordinates' performance
- Responsible for hitting sales targets together with the team
- Preferably college graduate (any course)
- Must have supervisory experience of at least one (1) year
- Must possess effective leadership skills
- Customer service exposure, an edge
- Very good communication skills both written and spoken
- Can work well with a team
- No issue in getting assigned across and within CDO
