Project Manager New

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a Singapore-based IoT company. Our respected client is seeking an experienced Project Manager. The job is located in Pasay City, Metro Manila.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Lead cross-functional project teams, managing internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.-
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Track project performance and implement improvements when necessary.
• Manage project documentation and maintain clear communication channels across teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and status updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies and tools.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Industry-specific experience is a plus (e.g. Trade Facilitation)
