Job Opening: Project Manager MI Dashboard & UX/UIType: Project-based Contract (1 year possible extension or absorption)
Location: McKinley, Taguig (Hybrid 1 to 3x onsite per week)
Schedule: Morning Shift
About the Role
We are hiring a Project Manager with strong MI Dashboard and UX/UI experience to lead enterprise-level dashboard initiatives. This role requires hands-on delivery across the entire lifecyclefrom business analysis to design and implementation.You will work with cross-functional teams to create impactful, data-driven solutions with exceptional user experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and delivery of MI dashboards and user interfaces for internal stakeholders
- Act as a multi-functional contributor across project management, business analysis, and UX/UI design
- Collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions
- Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure on-time, quality deliverables
- Design visually engaging dashboards, web/mobile interfaces, and executive-level presentations
- Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy for dashboard development
- Apply UX principles and best practices using design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Minimum of 10 years experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, or UX/UI Designer
- Proven track record of MI Dashboard project delivery and UX/UI design leadership
- Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
- Experience with data analytics and visualization platforms
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and modern design tools
- Effective communicator with excellent documentation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work independently and take ownership of deliverables across multiple domains
