ROLE SUMMARY

You will play a critical role in shaping network performance across 2G, 4G, and 5G technologies, leveraging deep expertise in Ericsson systems and multi-vendor environments to deliver measurable improvements in network quality and customer experience.

• Lead end-to-end RF optimization across 2G, 4G, and 5G networks, developing and executing network strategies that improve coverage, capacity, and quality.
• Serve as hands-on technical lead in customer engagements — presenting solutions, defending technical approaches, and building confidence with client stakeholders.
• Drive Proof of Concept (POC) and First Node Integration (FNI) activities for new technologies, from planning through validation.
• Perform root cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting of complex network issues across multi-vendor environments.
• Analyze crowdsource data and drive customer experience enhancement initiatives based on network performance insights.
• Define and implement network strategy frameworks aligned with business objectives and evolving technology roadmaps.

• Deep proficiency with Ericsson RAN systems (OSS, RBS, EPC/5GC); multi-vendor experience (Huawei, Nokia, Samsung) is a strong advantage.
• Solid working knowledge of 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE), 4G LTE/LTE-A, and 5G NR radio access network principles and optimization techniques.
• Expert-level RF troubleshooting skills — interference analysis, coverage/capacity optimization, and KPI root cause analysis.
• Proven experience conducting POC (Proof of Concept) and FNI (First Node Integration) for emerging network technologies.
• Hands-on experience with crowdsource data analytics tools (e.g., TEMS, Nemo, Opensignal) and customer experience metrics.
• Strong technical communication and presentation skills — ability to convincingly articulate complex technical concepts to customer audiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience in RF optimization and network engineering in a telecommunications environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical projects or teams, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong background in network strategy — planning, design review, and technology deployment oversight.
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles, with a track record of successfully influencing client decisions through technical credibility.
