Solutions Architect (SaaS/CPaaS)

Overview:

Act as specialized, strategic partners responsible for driving regional growth and achieving sales targets for specific product lines (such as Voice, Email, or AI). These roles bridge the gap between product teams and local sales teams, providing technical expertise, market insights, and hands-on sales support to increase profitability.

• Experience: 7+ years in B2B product sales, solution consulting, or product GTM roles, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Must have hands-on email product experience
• Expert in email solutions.
• Knowledge in email solutions tools
• Experience or expertise in email product-related work.
• With experience and proficiency in two distinct but related areas, the ability to sell email-based software solutions (SaaS) and the strategic use of email as a primary channel to drive revenue
• Must be excellent in technical understanding
• 60% technical and 40% sales experience
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of CPaaS, telecom, voice, or email technology.
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Education/Language: Fluency in English is required, with additional regional languages considered a plus.
• Adaptability: Ability to travel within the region to support field teams and clients.

What we need for PSE:

• This role is 60% technical, 40% sales. We're open to technical profiles, not just salespeople.
• Must have experience with email as a product (email infrastructure, deliverability, APIs, CPaaS), not just as a marketing channel (sending newsletters via MailChimp)
• Ideal backgrounds: someone who has worked at an ESP (Email Service Provider), a CPaaS company, or in an email deliverability/product role
• Examples of relevant companies/products: SendGrid, Mailgun, SparkPost, MessageBird, Sinch, Twilio (email), Braze, or similar platforms

Alternatively, someone from a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering background in the email/messaging space could also work
