The TIM – CE Claims Administrator is responsible for end-to-end processing of claims related to consumer electronics or customer experience programs. This includes validating submitted documentation, checking for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring timely and compliant claim resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and validate claims submitted by customers, service centers, or partners.
- Check claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program policies.
- Coordinate with internal departments or service centers to resolve discrepancies.
- Encode and update claim records in the system, tracking status and actions taken.
- Monitor turnaround time and escalate delayed or problematic claims as needed.
- Generate reports and assist in audits or internal reviews of claim activities.
- Maintain organized and accurate claim files for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in claims handling and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, warranty support, or data validation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with ERP or claims management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet processing deadlines.
