Job Summary:

The CS Warranty Assistant is responsible for supporting the warranty claims process by coordinating with Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), assisting with queries related to claim status, Accounts Receivable (AR) concerns, and warranty policies.

The role ensures accurate documentation, timely resolution of issues, and compliance with internal processes and service level standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ASCs regarding warranty claims and AR-related inquiries.
  • Validate warranty claim submissions to ensure completeness and eligibility.
  • Monitor and follow up on pending claims and coordinate processing with internal teams.
  • Assist in reconciling discrepancies related to warranty credits or AR balances with service centers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all claims, transactions, and communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company warranty policies and procedures.
  • Generate periodic reports on claims status, turnaround time, and ASC performance metrics.
  • Support the continuous improvement of warranty processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in warranty support, claims processing, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with AR processes and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and office tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
