Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Business Support

Assist the General Manager in planning annual and quarterly targets
Monitor progress and prepare management reports
Organize meetings and support executive activities

Cross-Cultural Communication

Act as liaison between Chinese, English, and Filipino teams
Translate and relay instructions from management
Coordinate across production, technical, and admin departments
⚙️ Operations Monitoring
Track production, quality, cost, and procurement data
Generate reports and recommend improvements
Support process optimization and efficiency initiatives

External Coordination & Compliance

Build relationships with suppliers and government agencies
Monitor policy changes and ensure compliance
Identify risks and propose solutions

Documentation & Confidentiality

Manage contracts, reports, and internal documents
Ensure accuracy and strict confidentiality

Special Assignments

Handle urgent tasks, shift coordination, and operational issues

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Engineering, Trade, or related field)
At least 5 years work experience
Experience in manufacturing or multinational company is a plus
Familiarity with Philippine business environment
?️ Language Requirements
Fluent in Chinese (MANDATORY)
Strong English communication skills
Filipino language is an advantage

✨ Compensation Package:

Fixed Salary (60–70%)
Performance Bonus (15–30%)
