General Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Automotive Dealership General Manager to lead and oversee all dealership operations. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experience while ensuring profitability across all departments.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep automotive dealership experience, capable of managing sales, service, parts, and administrative teams while executing strategic business initiatives.

• Lead and manage overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and Administration
• Develop and execute strategies to increase vehicle sales, market share, and profitability
• Drive high performance through sales targets, KPIs, and operational metrics
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and brand experience
• Recruit, coach, and develop department managers and staff
• Monitor financial performance including P&L, budgeting, and cost control
• Implement best practices in sales processes, service operations, and customer retention
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and key stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8–12+ years’ experience in automotive dealership operations (Toyota Dealership experience an advantage)
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth and dealership profitability
• Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team development capabilities
