Posted on 21 July 2026Position Title: OPERATION TRAINING OFFICER
Job Description- Training for three major positions: Kitchen Staff, ordering takers, tea makers.
- Training for senior positions in operations management:
o Understanding the quality of KOI raw materials.
o Quality and waste management.o On-site control of raw materials, personnel, customers.
o Inventory management, order quantity calculation, inventory control, goods placement, and storage methods.
o Personnel training in operation skills, development of training schedules, and personnel evaluations.
o Shift scheduling skill, customer complaint process handling, store opening/closing procedures.
o Dealing with operational emergencies, such as power outages, water outages, equipment damage, etc.
o Equipment maintenance and basic repair (e.g., shaking machine, sealing machine, sugar machine, creamer machine, etc.)o New store opening/ closing procedures and preparations.
o Making operation reports.
o Facilitating and improving sales performance.
- Assisting with new stores opening.
- Interviewing external cadres.
- Responsible for presenting orientation and store manager skills courses.
- Supervising and developing senior positions to perform their duties.
- Responsible for training senior positions and planning for promotions.
- Store inspection for checking personnel operation, quality, service, hygiene of the store.
- Quality testing and control of each store.
- Testing local raw materials and wares.
- Assessing and evaluating personnel and store managers.
- Assisting with translating materials into English.
- Reporting operational status to upper management and any assigned tasks must be implemented and executed.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training):
- Graduated from high school
- Participated in KOI management courses, training courses, quality courses, management equipment courses
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, enabling effective communication and training of personnel from diverse linguistic backgrounds
- Worked in KOI Thé Vietnam for 2 years
