Sales consultant

Gotesco Group of Companies- Skyline is looking for a confident and proactive Sales Consultant to handle incoming client inquiries, guide conversations professionally, and help move projects toward quotation and closure.

This role mainly supports commercial and architectural projects such as:

• retail stores
• restaurants
• offices
• clinics
• malls
• commercial interiors

The main responsibilities includes:

• reply to Facebook; Instagram, email,showroom, and CRM inquiries;
• guide clients and ask correct project information
• identify project requirements
• send standard quotations and project information
• coordinate with estimators for custom projects
• follow up leads properly and maintain communication with clients
• update CRM accurately and consistently
• assist with simple proposal preparation using company templates
• maintain professional showroom presentation and client experience
• support company events or marketing activities when needed.

The main responsibilities includes:

• organized and able to manage conversations
• comfortable using chat systems and CRM tools
• willing to learn Skyline systems and products
• sales or customer service experience is preferred
• experience in construction/interiors/architecture industry is a plus
• able to adapt in a fast-moving work environment
