Your Role
As a Senior B2B Sales Consultant, you will own the revenue pipeline and guide prospects through a consultative buying journey.
You will:
- Manage and nurture inbound and outbound opportunities using Odoo CRM
- Conduct discovery calls, operational assessments, and consultative sales conversations
- Deliver compelling online product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Identify opportunities for ERP modules such as accounting, CRM, inventory, HR, and sales automation
- Position AI-driven automations and workflow improvements that deliver measurable ROI
- Build tailored proposals, pricing packages, and implementation roadmaps with support from our technical consultants
- Lead negotiations and confidently close deals with decision-makers and executives
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, outbound initiatives, and events
- Represent Technext in webinars, industry forums, and networking events
- Provide market insights on client needs, competitors, and emerging technology trends
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking professionals who combine strong business acumen with technology sales expertise — and who possess a natural sales instinct: the ability to read clients, build rapport quickly, and drive conversations toward a close.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ERP, software solutions, IT services, or tech consulting
- Proven experience selling ERP software or similar business systems.
- A natural ability to influence, persuade, and close — not just follow a script
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- A consultative sales approach focused on uncovering operational pain points and delivering real business value
- Confidence presenting and selling complex solutions via online meetings and demos
- Excellent English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to independently manage a full sales pipeline
Highly valued:
- Deep understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, HR, inventory)
- Exposure to AI, automation tools, or cloud platforms
- Odoo certifications or ERP implementation exposure
