Utility Electrical Engineer (Vertical)

• To conduct due diligence of electrical providers (cooperative / Meralco) for prospective projects;
• To provide initial electrical layouts, load schedules, design and parameters consideration for new projects/houses;
• To create Electrical Utility plans for application of all construction-related permits and licenses;
• To ensure all electrical utility related to Housing, Land Development and other Structures needed for a project are compliant to the requirements of the Philippine Standard Codes;
• To evaluate the potential contractors and ensure that the awarded contractors are knowledgeable on the construction deliverables and timelines;
• To conduct Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities for completed utilities;
• To provide initial assessment and recommendation to address any electrical faulting-related incidents.

Job Specification

1. With at least 2 years of experience in handling real estate projects specifically in construction, engineering, and budget management
2. Should be a Licensed Electrical Engineer
