1. Cash Flow & Fund Management

• Monitor and manage daily cash inflows (tenant collections, deposits) and outflows (supplier payments, utilities, petty cash management).
• Ensure sufficient liquidity to meet property operations and financial obligations. ● Forecast cash requirements and prepare weekly/monthly cash flow reports.

1. Collections & Banking

• Monitor rental and other tenant collections; coordinate with Leasing and Accounting teams fortimely follow-ups.
• Deposit collections and monitor cleared checks, post-dated checks, and online transfers. ● Reconcile bank accounts, tenant collections, and official receipts.
• Assist in implementing efficient collection policies and procedures.

1. Disbursements & Payments

• Prepare and process check vouchers, fund requests, and online payments. ● Ensure disbursements are properly authorized and supported by complete documents. ● Monitor due dates of utilities, taxes, and supplier invoices to avoid penalties.

1. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate treasury and collection reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Analyze collection performance, outstanding receivables, and payment trends. ● Provide management with updates on treasury status, risks, and opportunities.

1. Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure treasury activities comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatoryrequirements
• Safeguard company funds, receipts, and banking documents.
• Assist in audits by providing treasury-related documents and explanations.

1. Coordination & Support

• Work closely with Leasing, Accounting, and Property Management teams to resolve tenant billing and payment issues.
• Coordinate with banks regarding deposits, fund transfers, and account management. ● Provide treasury-related support for property projects, tenant activities, and special events.
