We are looking for an organized and reliable Legal Secretary to provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to our legal team. The role involves managing schedules, preparing legal correspondence, and maintaining case files to ensure the smooth operation of daily legal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
  • Maintain and organize case files, records, and legal databases
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and court deadlines for lawyers
  • Coordinate meetings, hearings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications with clients, courts, and external partners
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
  • Assist in preparing reports, affidavits, and other legal documentation
  • Perform general office and administrative tasks to support the legal department

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Office Administration, or related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role (fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are welcome to apply)
  • Knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and office procedures
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and office equipment
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
